Rates are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights for 2 people: €805

Each additional person: €15
Baby bed/chair for children up to 2 years old is free

 

The nightly rate includes:

• Gas

• WiFi

• TV with an extensive package

• Use of the washing machine

• A towel set and bed linen for each person

 

The nightly rate excludes:

• Local tax of 7%

• Use of water and electricity (deducted from the deposit)

For stays of 1-2 weeks, a deposit of €500 is required. If you stay longer, this amount doubles. A mid-stay cleaning (€110) and linen change are mandatory for stays of 10 nights or longer. The final cleaning costs €210.
 

Our swimming pool can be reserved for private use upon request. Please note that an additional fee applies for exclusive access.

If not reserved privately, the pool is shared with the owners of the property.

It is also possible to rent one or more cars through us. We can arrange transportation to and from the airport. Please indicate this in advance when booking.

Cancellation Fees

 

For cancellations from the reservation date to 42 days before arrival: 35% of the rental amount (down payment).

For cancellations within 42-30 days before arrival: 65% of the rental amount.

For cancellations within 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental amount.
